Wolverhampton Homes employ around 700 staff to manage more than 23,000 properties on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council.
After several years spent successfully improving customer experience, in early 2012 they switched focus, launching an ambitious employee engagement initiative; the design for which has been created by Supercool.
The Your Future programme's identity works across a variety of items, from guidance documents and leaflets, to one-to-one forms and internal presentations. And with many different messages to convey, the design has been 'weighted', allowing it to be both informal and more serious, depending on its application. This was acheived by creating multiple design elements, to be used en-masse for heavily designed materials and more sparingly on items such as forms.
Based around the organisation's helpful signposting of information, the identity reinforces Wolverhampton Homes' conversational tone; as highlighted unambiguously by the Your Future double speech bubble logo.
Your Future is an internal programme which lets employees know they're important and listened-to; fostering a sense of belonging and workplace pride to help Wolverhampton Homes move closer to their goal of becoming the best public sector company to work for in the whole of Britain.
