Finely structured

Having previously worked with architecture practice Sjölander da Cruz on a visual identity and website for their live/work development The Badge Works in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, they approached us to develop a new brand identity and responsive website for the practice itself.

The identity is simple yet sophisticated – perfectly reflecting and representing the practice’s timeless style; with an understated yellow and blue colour palette a gentle nod towards their Swedish roots.

For the new Sjölander da Cruz website, showing off a wide variety of imagery – from sketches to computer renders, handmade maquettes to finished buildings – was paramount.

As such, the website is very much image-led. Images sit within a beautifully designed (and beautifully flexible) grid structure; allowing several images to be viewed simultaneously, giving a clear and concise overview of each building.
