Our first catalogue for this contemporary art gallery, located in Birmingham's Mailbox, was a great success; showcasing hundreds of pieces by various artists, the design was an evolution of the Artlounge brand, which we've since applied to all promotional materials, such as exhibition flyers.
Make Your Walls Talk #2, is a change of pace again – much more of a coffee-table kind of thing, the 80+ page, perfect bound book previewed on the Artlounge's stand at the Grand Designs Live! exhibition, NEC Birmingham.
Whether read cover-to-cover or simply flicked through, the focus of this catalogue is each individual artwork, supported by understated and informative typography – very much like an extension of the gallery itself.
This ensures that the book reflects the core Artlounge philosophy of making buying art accessible, straightforward and enjoyable.
