Cloud Nine Magazine

We’ve designed the latest two incarnations of Birmingham International Airport’s quarterly magazine for passengers and members of the BHX Flight Club.

During the first stage there was a need to boost awareness of the Cloud Nine brand and make the magazine an appealing read for the weary traveller. With some innovative choices of cover image, a new typeface and an attractive, easy-to-read layout, Cloud Nine flew off the stands after the launch – with subscriber numbers increasing by more than a thousand issue-on-issue.

The most recent redesign is the next step in repositioning from a solely travel-based mag to a lifestyle publication with a travel bias. A new masthead, cover design and editorial style were commissioned and our strong, vibrant look has been applied with the aim of ushering Cloud Nine into the lifestyle magazine market with confidence and impact.
