Hi Katie,

i’m actually the student in question who decided to put your birmingham ward map in my information typography presentation. i wouldn’t go so far as to say the presentation was brilliant but thank you anyway. I used it as a good example of how type can be used effectively in mapping, and I also put a few examples from the ‘strange maps’ blog that you found.
