Caffè culture comes to the Quarter
Saint Caffè is a new, independent coffee shop boasting authentic Italian coffees, gourmet patisseries and a great location for sitting back, relaxing and watching the world go by.
From their existing logo we developed a brand style, including a floral/heart motif and a copywriting ‘tone of voice’, then applied this to their promotional and in-store materials. With the heart-shape theme and stylish-but-cosy interior it’s quite possibly the perfect place for a romantic rendez-vous this Valentine’s Day (which is on Thursday, don’t forget!). Saint Caffè is on St Paul’s Square in the Jewellery Quarter.
A perfect fit
We’ve recently completed the branding and website for MAC Projects, who design, install and manage interior fit-out projects for offices, schools and retail units. The brand reflects their creative, forward-thinking attitude, whilst at the same time portraying a company that is highly reliable and experienced. The challenge here was in designing a brand identity that is as effective, distinctive and comfortable when used ‘on site’ as it is at a corporate level. www.mac-projects.com
Four candles …!
Last Saturday we celebrated Supercool’s fourth birthday. It really doesn’t seem that long since there were only three candles on the cake - we’ve packed such an enormous amount into the past year. With stacks more (rather impressive, if we do say so ourselves) design and web work to show off - and as a bit of a birthday present to ourselves - we’re nearly ready to launch our brand new website ... just as soon as we find the time to finish it! We’ll keep you posted.
Bigger and better
Since we branded WMS several years ago, they’ve just kept getting bigger. In fact they’re doing so well they needed a new website to accommodate additional information and functionality. The new site features a rolling environmental newsfeed, download function for reports and certificates, plus a client-area where WMS can correspond with either a single customer, several specific customers, or everyone at once, making their working life a little simpler and a lot more efficient. www.wm-solutions.co.uk
Thinking about the future
We’ve just launched a new site for strategic management consultants, Rosewood Associates. Visually it’s simply an update of their previous site, but this time it’s been built using a Content Management System which enables them to update it themselves. Another benefit of this system is that to some extent it’s future-proofed - in time, should they want to alter the look of the site for example, because it now runs off a database a redesign could be done in hours rather than days. www.rosewoodassociates.com
